Hi! I’m Amanda

I am a certified Pilates, barre, strength training and yoga instructor, A personal trainer and A group fitness instructor. I have always had a passion for fitness and Sharing the joy it brings me with other people. 

I’m a trainer specializing in hormone-informed training for women.

But more importantly, I am a woman who understands how much our bodies can change across seasons.

I’ve navigated PCOS.
I’ve gone through infertility treatments.
I’ve experienced miscarriage.
And I’m now stepping into motherhood with my first baby girl.

My relationship with strength has evolved through every one of those chapters.

And that evolution is exactly why Movement by Mands exists.

For years, I approached fitness the way many women are taught to following the mainstream advice and doing what I thought was “right.”

But when I was diagnosed with PCOS, I began to realize that the traditional fitness approach wasn’t built for women’s physiology especially not for women navigating hormone imbalances or fertility challenges.

During infertility treatments and after experiencing pregnancy loss, my perspective deepened even further.

Strength became about stability. Regulation. Resilience. Trust.

I began studying how strength training truly impacts insulin sensitivity, stress response, pelvic floor function, recovery, and long-term hormone health.

And from that, I built the kind of coaching I wish I had during those seasons.
